Is there a way to make all cells in this column 100% without going through every single one. At work we have a template sheet that includes all of most possible types of project. we create a schedule by marking the appropriate rows as "Add to Project plan". However at the end of the project the total ends up as 99% unless I view al the cells and make each one 100%. Theres got to be a quicker way to do that, right?

Yes, I would add a so-called helper column, connect it with a field in the sheet summary (checkbox), make it a column formula, and then use a workflow combined with the change a cell action to trigger and update all rows to 100%.
