Formula issue

I am trying to do a formula and my brain not focusing

I am trying to count my Down Arrows in the Alert Column in sheet 2 when the Team column is WC

so When the team is WC how many "Down" arrows do they have

=COUNTIFS({OD Alert}}, ""Down", {Team}}, "WC")

Hi @Susan van Niekerk,

If that formula is as you have it in your sheet, there are some characters you don't need that are in there. Try: =COUNTIFS({OD Alert}, "Down", {Team}, "WC")
