    Creating a Vendor/Contractor Matrix

    I am looking to create a matrix of all the vendors and contractors my business has used since we've been in business. I need it to have their business information, company size, address, projects worked on, current projects, score card, etc. The ultimate goal is to be able to create a report when we have a sourcing event for upcoming projects.
