It would be helpful to have the option for multiple file upload fields in forms, for example for photos, so that they could be associated with particular responses and not grouped together.

I need to be able to have people upload multiple documents in a form submission. In my case I need to ask for a copy of their driver's license and I also need a copy of their insurance card. I think it's very inconvenient to not be able to have multiple upload fields.
To have the person need to combine their two (or more) documents into one in order to fill out the form seems very cumbersome especially if they aren't as tech savvy. Please make this possible.

there would, however, still be some utility in having multiple attachment fields. even though all the attachments would be dumped into one row in the end, there have been times stakeholders wanted to present a form with separate required fields for "upload x certificate here," and, "now upload scope of work document y here." so the end user doesn't miss uploading parts of the documentation being collected.

I like using Smartsheet for public forms because they have a much cleaner look than other options. However, other options allow for different file uploads. My form asks for different documents, and it is best for the user experience when they have a specific place to upload each document so documents are not missed. Currently, I can only use one upload file in an entire form. Knowing how the responses look in a sheet, this makes sense. But there must be a way that we can have multiple file upload boxes in a form, even if they all load into the same place in the sheet.
I agree - super useful feature that is needed. I can't move one of my surveys off JotForm because it provides that capability, while SmartSheet does not
