Reporting the name of the form on the sheet
Hi everyone,
I have a sheet with 4 different forms (one for each service we are offering), named differently. Is there a way to add a column on the sheet that would say which form the answers are coming from?

Since you already have the forms created, what I would create a column, lets call it, Location, and then hard code a default value, let's say A, B, C, D in Location for each of the forms respectively, then hide the column from showing on the form.
That way, the Default Value in the column would be passed into the sheet every time a new form is submitted, even without the user know.
