Workflow generating 2 of the same attachments ?

It doesn't happens all the time, only for some users that the Smartsheet workflow is generating 2 of the same attachments which is confusing and not the best documentation practice. how can i illimit this ?

hi @Vuckecucke,

Could be that the documents have exactly the same names so smartsheet automatically considers them as a new version of the document. Have you tried with dynamic name for the documents (you can set it up a naming column) I am pretty sure that if the documents from document builder have different names those will not be treated as same document with different versions.
