    Hello,

    I have two issues with Smartsheet.

    1. Despite being granted a full admin user license, when I click on the 3 dots in a column, I cannot utilise most of the options on the drop-down menu, for example, I cannot lock a row, insert or delete or rename a column, I cannot edit column properties etc?
    2. When viewing my sheet in timeline view, I can scroll back to the year 1930 and similarly into the distant future… How can I change this to only show a period of 3 or 4 year?

      As for the question number two, check which dates have You added within the project plan first.

      However, the scroll bar can go far into the future or far back into the past. I think it is still unresolved as given below

      Sheets > Timeline View > Fix scroll bar time-jumping

      Sheets > Timeline View > Fix scroll bar time-jumping

      For the admin user issue first check the status in smartsheet admin center by clicking on your account photo in the left corner.

      Than You can verify that You are the licensed user and that all license request are addressed.
