My Smartsheet Contacts not responding to my request of adding new contact

Whenever I request to add a new contact to my contact list, they ask me to enter a valid email address. This is the first time I have faced such an issue. I tried to delete an existing email contact and re-add it, but they also gave the same message: the email is invalid.

@Bashar S. I noticed in your screen shot you had an extra space at the end.

When I make sure the space is not at the end, it works.

can you add a screenshot so I can see what it is saying

For me I go into contacts, Add and then you get the pop up to add the name and email address

Are you a licenced user as many functions are now only available to licenced users and I don;t know if this is one of them

Hi,

This is not my first time adding a new contact. I'm a licensed user, and I have tried many tricks to figure out the issue, like adding a contact who was an existing contact after deleting them, as well as adding a different email address to make sure that it is not a matter of the email domain or so. I have also made out and in to refresh the browser, but none of my initiatives succeeded. Please advise.
