Question

I am trying to create an INDEX/MATCH formula and the criteria used between the sheets for MATCH is:

Sheet 1: First Name and Last Name in one column

Sheet 2: Has 2 columns: first name and Last name

I've tried to write a formula to combine the names on sheet 2

=[First Name]@row + "  " + [Last Name]@row

I've written many INDEX/MATCH fomulas with success.  However, when I run the comparisons, the matches do not exist.  I can physically see matches on the sheets, but not finding them by formula.

Possibly it is a match text to formula?

Found my error, a spacing adjustment in the combining of first and last name, cleared up the errors i was getting with no matches.
