Formula Help!
I am trying to create a formula to count how many documents have been accepted with a response of "yes" or "n/a" and who it is assigned to.

Try this:
=COUNTIFS({Response}, OR(@cell = "yes", @cell = "n/a"), {Assigned To}, @cell = "John Doe")

Hello @AThomas
Try:
=COUNTIFS([Response Column]:[Response Column],OR(@cell="Yes",@cell="N/A"),[Assigned To Column]:[Assigned To Column],[Assigned To Column]@row)
If you're adding the formula on a different sheet make sure to select the corresponding references.

Hi Mellisa!! Thank you so much for responding. Using the formula you provided, I'm still getting unparseable. Am I entering something incorrectly?
=COUNTIFS([DocAccepted]:[DocAccepted],OR(@cell="Yes",@cell="N/A"), [Assigned]:[Assigned],[Athomas@row)
