Will the report treat two different properties of a same column as two different columns?

When I created a Report from several Sheets, all of which have the exact same column names, except a couple of columns in a couple of Sheets use a different property type, namely 'Symbol" vs "Text/Number" , the report treats them as if there are two diff columns. Is that right, or am I missing something??

    hi @FuWaye,

Yes, that is correct if you have 2 sheet with columns that have the same names but different properties like one is text another date the report will see them as 2 different columns.

    Hope this helps.

Hi @Tomasz, Thanks so much for verifying! I did figure out how to keep them as one when using diff type of values.

@kowal any advice for when a combined report with multiple sheets is somehow reading a column differently? I cannot figure it out.

I recently changed the name of a column. It is the same name and type on 3 master sheets. However my combined report is seeing two as the same and one differently and it is affecting my filters drastically.
