See a form and not spreadsheet

Hi!

When I send a request for approval, the customer receives it, and they open the request. How do I tell SS to open a form instead of the SS. Is this automatic?

  From what I see @cswicegood, when you click open request from experience with update requests it should open the form version automatically. I think we need some more context.
