Can you provide the capability of creating a true a decision matrix/SWOT where we see the names of projects and their combined Value vs Effort scores? This is company standard across all industries and company that enables the decision makers to compare and evaluate ideas/initiatives against one another. This type of SWOT is available in Jira, Trello, Monday, and other project management platform dashboards, but not in Smartsheet. And, since Smartsheet is our companies only project management platform we need to get this to work so Please reference my attached snapshot example and get back to me asap.

How about providing a widget that'd plot the risks defined on a risk list to a likehood-impact matrix based on the scoring on the list? Perhaps also illustrate the latest changes in the scoring with arrows.

We would like to use a scatterplot for a benefit effort matrix representing the entire project portfolio. I would be great if we could have a tooltip not only indicating the current benefit and effort value but also the project name, allocated from another column.
