Would love to be able to filter on cell history, specifically, when a cell was changed.

It would be helpful if in addition to "Contains" filter options could include an "EVER contained" a value. This would help me with some analytics.

Apply notification settings to a specific group only, rather than Enterprise wide
To provide RBAC permissions for notifications and requests to specific groups in the enterprise.
