I use smartsheet to track orders / items that need to be manufactured.
Rows are created when an order is received and naturally sort by date received.
Building in batches is very helpful to my process - and I would love to be able to print a single page that shows all OPEN orders to be built, but grouped by product - then sorted by size, color, etc.
Right now, I'm having to use a collection of filters - one for each category of product… and there are obvious limitations. Also - printing pages for each product - where the sizes and colors are still all mixed up - is a messy and error prone system.
Also - for shipping purposes, I still need to be able to keep everything in the original chronological order to make sure we address older orders first / avoid missing items.
Please help!
