Option to Not Include Sheet Link on Notifications

II also would love to not be unindated with requests for access to sheets that people who receive notifications have no business accessing. I was actually just about to post this same idea when I saw this.

Allow removal of "Go to the sheet" link from Approval Request emails in all cases
Approval Request emails, that are generated by approval workflows, include a "Go to the sheet" link at the bottom of the email. This link appears if the user (that is receiving the email) has access to the underlying sheet, and does not appear if the user does not have access.
We would like the option to remove this link in all cases (even when the user does have access to the underlying sheet.)
Context:
We often send approval emails to users that never work directly with the underlying sheet, even if they happen to have access to it. These users typically access data via Reports and Dashboards (if at all.) The "Go to the sheet" link (when present in the Approval Request email) introduces confusion and uncertainty in the user's workflow.
Thanks!

Everything is always on the radar but this is something I think we truly need!

This is such an excellent suggestion, commenting to show support!

To respect our colleagues' privacy and foster trust within the job shadowing project, we want to limit access to the request sheet. Allowing everyone to view all employee submissions could compromise confidentiality, so weโre exploring ways to restrict visibility appropriately.
The workaround I found was selecting the "message only" option and manually adding the specific fields I needed in the body of the message using brackets. That did the trick!
That said, Iโd still like to have the option to simply select a button or checkbox to exclude the linkโjust to avoid those extra steps in the future.
