Not so formula savvy

I am in need of help to create a formula that generates a "YES" when the following conditions are met:

IMP $ = 1 Million dollars or more

Type = is NOT = "Cost Avoidance" or "Optimization"

Act IMP Date = is a Date greater than 2/17/26 (and not blank)

Status = is NOT = "Hold", "Dropped", or "Pipeline"

I hope that made sense?

l didn't have any other similar fx's to play with…;(

This would be the updated formula with the new requirement:

=IF(AND([IMP $]@row >= 1000000, Type@row <> "Cost Avoidance", Type@row <> "Optimization", [Act IMP Date]@row >= DATE(2026, 02, 17), Status@row <> "Hold", Status@row <> "Dropped", Status@row <> "Pipeline"), "YES")

If that is still throwing the same error, can you provide a screenshot of it open in the sheet as if you are about to edit it. Also make sure I didn't spell any of your column names wrong.

Give this a try. It seems like we should be able to just use one big AND function.

=IF(AND([IMP $]@row >= 1000000, Type@row <> "Cost Avoidance", Type@row <> "Optimization", ISDATE([Act IMP Date]@row), Status@row <> "Hold", Status@row <> "Dropped", Status@row <> "Pipeline"), "YES")

i forgot 1 important detail…the "Act IMP Date" should be from 02/17/26 going forward…sorry?
