I would like to be able to use Smartsheet groups as recipients within automation workflow notifications instead of listing each user individually.

I have several sheets that generate alerts, like my new hire 90-day review that is reviewed by HR, Clinical and Operational team leads. When my HR rep for this duty left the company, I had to open each new hire's summary sheet from past 90 days and delete her name from each of the automation workflows. It would be much better if I could create a group for "90-Day Review" and have my Clinical, HR and Operations reps managed there, so when one of them leaves or changes, it is one simple switch, and not 35 like I had to do yesterday. And, when her replacement is hired in two weeks, I have to go back in and add him/her back to those sheets, another 35 sheet changes.
Similarly, if this feature of removing an employee from workflow automations was an option when you deactivate their login, just as you can remove them from groups on that admin page.
Thanks for your consideration, Stacey
I too would appreciate this function!
The "browse" button was recently changed to go through a recent workspaces menu and requiring a second click on "browse all" before actually bringing up the browse menu sidebar. This change is unintuitive as there is a "recents" button right below the browse button and for anyone who regularly uses more than 6 workspaces…

Update API Documentation Some (all?) of the API calls related to Alternate Email Addresses require both an Enterprise Account and to be manually activated by Smartsheet Support. The API…
