I’d like to report an issue we started experiencing today with approval notification emails.
Previously, when we included columns with hyperlinks (or added text containing a hyperlink) in the approval notifications, the links appeared correctly as clickable hyperlinks in the email.
However, starting today 04/28/26 (around 16:00 GMT), those same links are no longer displayed as hyperlinks. Instead, they appear as plain text, making them non-clickable for users.
No changes were made to the workflow configuration or the sheet structure on our side, which suggests this may be related to a recent platform change or email rendering behavior.
Could you please help us understand:
- If there has been any recent change affecting hyperlinks in automated emails?
- If this is expected behavior or a known issue?
- Any recommended workaround to ensure links remain clickable in approval notifications?
This functionality is important for our process, as users rely on direct access through these links.
