Centralized Alert Editing

I would be interested in a centralized alert editing form where I could add/edit/remove alerts across all my sheets. This could be similar to the centralized notifications or activity section, but the view would be available outside of the context of a single sheet or workspace.

I submit this request as I close out my previous year's sheets and have to open each sheet to remove or update the alerts and update requests for those individual sheets within each workspace.

A bulk 'add' or 'edit' of alerts across sheets or work spaces would save some time.
