I am the lead developer of this site and we have been getting reports of this issue but haven't been able to reproduce on our end. Could you please help me with some detailed reproduction steps? Which OS, browser, what are the exact steps taken, does it happen with another browser or even in an incognito session of the same browser?
Hi Karoly,
It seems like it only happens on threads that I've followed before. I'll try some more and record and send you the videos so you can see what happens.
Andrée
Hi Karoly, When I click on an email update from the community, for new or previously viewed threads, I am being logged-out of the community. Previously, I was able to stay logged in for the entire week. When I then click on log-in and enter my credentials, I get that oops statement. When I try to navigate back to the page with the previous thread... it says log-in again. And if I refresh, no change. I have to login again.
It does appear that it might be an issue with the emails being produced from Smartsheet.
I tested some more in Chrome and it seems like it doesn't work with the link below except the last one.

I tried in Safari private mode, and I logged in to the community, but as soon as I loaded the link below, it shows that I need to sign in to the community.
I tried to login, and then I get the error message Oops!
I also submitted a support request for the community and received no reply back.
Here is a screencast showing the issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/OVusR6HxG
It seems to be centered around emails, but there are also issues with the badges. In my screencast, I try connecting to Smartsheets and get the error from the email, log in, try to access it from the email again, have to log in again, and then I have to access the previous thread from my profile.
Hi again Karoly,
Have you've done anything with the settings in the forum because i didn't receive a notification of your reply and other threads. My latest notification came at 4:02 pm.
Hi All,
[Edited 1:25 PM]
Clarification: This is an issue with the Community platform ... not Smartsheet.
So that we can better track this issue, please submit a Support ticket with repro steps via the Support Contact Form (www.smartsheet.com/gethelp). We'll compile the tickets and pass on to Karoly.
>> Mike ... I'll make sure that the ticket you submitted is included in the collection.
Thanks so much for your patience will we sort out this issue with the Community platform.
Cheers!
Gwyneth
I'm receiving this message every time I try to open my sheets. I'm the only admin user. I have already performed proper troubleshooting, such as clearing the cache, logging in incognito, and logging out and back in, but the issue remains unresolved. It's been a few days, and I'm unable to track our projects and this…
I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
