I keep getting an error when I try this formula. I basically want to Add Contract Amount if the YR = 18 and the MO <4.

=SUM(COLLECT([Contract Amount]:[Contract Amount], [Contract Date]:[Contract Date], YEAR(@cell) = 2018, [Contract Date]:[Contract Date], MONTH(@cell) < 4))

All of the automation workflows on all our sheets are "missing". This is what we see when we click "manage automation workflows" We're also unable to create new workflow. Smartsheet Gov Status shows no issues with workflows. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
