Formula to generate a comma separated list

Hi!

I'm hoping one of you guys might be able to advise on a formula I can write to generate a comma separated list based on the contents of a variable number of rows.

As a bit of background:

My plan is to have a form in which people can input their email address so that it populates a smartsheet. I'll then use Zapier to use the smartsheet as a mailing list to send out an update when a certain event happens (in another application - hence the use of Zapier).

Now, Zapier requires a comma separated list for it's mailing lists. I don't see a way to get it to reference multiple rows on a whole smartsheet to generate the list, so I need to set it up in a way that I can reference a single cell.

Any advice on what functions I can use would be greatly appreciated!
