I am not the best at formulas and need some help.  I cant seem to get my head around building formulas. Anyway can someone help please.

I am trying to build a formula that will

count all the true BOOLEAN in the children row and when it is greater than 4 return the a true outcome to the parent row.

Hoopefully someone can make sense of this... Please help..

    Sharon - I'm currently using this simple sumif in one of my sheets on the parent row. You could modify this to be:

    =SUMIF(CHILDREN(), >4)

    I'm not sure about the boolean count but it sounds like you may need an IF statement with the SUMIF nested inside of it.

    Hope this gets you started.

    Regards - JC

    Thanks for you help,  yeah i have already tried that sum and variation to it.  But i think this formula is quite hard.

    I am trying to get a high level view of an outcomes on my sheet,  so on the parent line i am showing the current status of the children line,  once the goal is reach we can stop counting
