Retaining Deleted info

I was attempting to copy rows to another page, but instead, I moved them. Problem is I didnt realize it until deleting the rows from the previous sheet. I could not undo anything since I already switched to another sheet. Is there any way of retrieving that info deleted?

Depending on timing, they may be able to recover the data. I would not count on it, but it is worth an email.
