Subtract weeks for lead time with notifications

I'm trying to subtract 6 weeks from my Factory Shipment Date (row 1) to give me lead time to notify Port Authority which is assigned to someone on my team. I have 15 categories/columns like this with 4 team members. The categories need a lead time of 6 weeks, 4 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 week or 3 days. This is for a huge project, trying to deliver 100 modular homes into NYC.

    If I'm understanding correctly, could you use something like this

    =[Factory Ship Date]1 - [Lead Time (Weeks)]1 * 7

    Then under notifications, use that column to email "Team Member" the reminder? For 3 days, your lead time weeks would have to be .5, I don't know another way around that.
