How would I reuse a form but have the data collected on a sheet other than the original sheet?

Multiple Forms for a single sheet - Identifying the Submission source
Hi All, We have created a two forms from the one sheet and we can see in manage forms there are a different amount of respondents from one form vs the other. What we cant figure out is how to show the source of the response in the sheet? Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance Steve

I'm creating a form in which staff enter #s into each of several fields. They need to total to 100 (percent). Is there any way to at least show the total live in the form or, preferably, enforce that they add to 100?

Print table into template
I'm looking for a way where I can export a table from Smartsheet into a pre-set titleblock. If there's a way where I can print directly from Smartsheet and have the titleblock set up so it prints with the table, instead of just the logo and title that it's currently offered in the printing window.

Custom message when form is disabled?
Is there a way to customize the message that is displayed when a form is disabled? I have a sheet I use for contest entries and disable the form when the date for submissions has passed. It would be great to be able to customize the message if the form is accessed once it is disabled. Any insights are appreciated! Thanks!

Restrict Input on Web Form to Dollar format?
Is it possible to create a field on the web form that will enforce any entered number to be in the dollar format (dollars, cents) versus just text?
