Customizing Form - No Logo & Form Title in Side-by-Side Format
We like being able to customize the appearance of our forms using a background and logo. When I switch from a "Vertical" form to a "Side-by-Side," we lose our logo and the form title. Screenshots attached. Am I missing something?

Your logo and title are still there! They're just hard to see with the busy background. I've circled them in green:
There currently isn't a way to choose where the title and logo appear (they will be centered over the image), but you could add a number of blank lines in the description text box to try and bump them up the page to the blue sky, if that helps.

We use a fair amount of forms. We really like being able to use different backgrounds/photos for each one. It helps to keep this fresh for our users!! Thanks again!
