How do i create a calendar within forms that will block off certain dates?
I have created a form that I am using to send to people to sign up for something. I need them to be able to select a date, but have some that aren't available to be crossed out. Some dates will be able to have about 10 people sign up for, so that date will need to be crossed out once that limit is reached.

Automatically E-mail Completed Form
I would like a completed form to be sent to my email so I can then either print or export the form into a PDF. I want it to be "viewable" in my email as it is when the form is being filled out.

Form Fields Out of Order
I have created a form with with about 30 fields. I have set up some automated update requests. When the person receiving the update request link opens up the link to the form, all the fields are not in the order I set them up in. Any ideas what has happened here? Thanks, Jay

Is there any way to create logic off of TWO fields in a form?
I want to have a field populate based on the responses to two fields above it. For example, if field 1 is "yes" AND field 2 is "no", show field 3. Thanks in advance!

Form required fields - preventing form submission?

Support is not responding - Our form submissions are not working

Logic - Can you define if text in entry then show x field, as opposed to number?
Hi all, I would like a field to show an error message if anything other than a number or a decimal place is entered, so no other characters. Is that possible? I'm assuming I can't use regex within the contains logic? Thanks in advance
