Hello, We have created a form for pre-registering people for the COVID vaccine, and have since updated to a new form. Unfortunately we had printed QR codes for the old form. Is there a way to link the old form web address to the new form web address? Thank you, Chris

Is there a way to submit a 2nd form after the first has been submitted without having to go back to where the form is located? So at the Thank you for submission screen have an option for "Do you wish to submit another request?"

Formulas not copying to next rows
