Embedding a From within Smartsheet
Hi - I've created a form for submission of items in my "email calendar". Our team goes into spreadsheet often, so I don't want them to have to exit to click on URL to submit email request. Is there an easy way to add it into Smarsheet so that they can easily submit a form within our Email workspace?

What is the main difference between Forms and Update Requests?
Do forms only add the submitted information to a new row? Can they go in the same row where the contact appears in the contact column? I like the update requests but prefer the more customizable forms. Thank you
