Help!! Deleted a sheet "Form" by mistake and its NOT in deleted items
I mistakenly deleted the wrong "Form" in a sheet this morning and it is NOT listed in my "Deleted Items" to restore. This "Form" link has been shared with our entire company so re-creating would be a major pain if i had to recreate, please tell me it can be recovered?

How do I enter Contact List details into a Form?

Automatically update a form name when the Sheet name is updated
There currently isn't a way for a form on a sheet that comes on a template to automatically update once their Sheet name is updated, in Smartsheet. Could you make it such? An alternative would be to link a cell to a field in the form that would be pre-populated when a user goes to fill it out.
