How do I know who submitted a new entry using a form.
I added a system column "created by" in my sheet but when an entry is entered using a form, the created by cell populates with "[email protected]". Is there a way to get that cell to populate with the username of the person completing the form?
I know I can add a column "submitted by" and make that a required field in the form, but then I have two columns tracking the same thing and would need a formula to look at both cells and return the name. Seems inefficient.
Has anyone figured this one out?
