Forms - "Open-access" approval option?

Hello!

I've created a form that we are using for eTimecards. (Working with a pilot group now)

Currently have the person entering the form also entering their approver's email (approval flow routes to this person as an update to add additional details and approve/deny triggering the next flow)

My initial thought was that it cold route to anybody since they don't need access to the sheet, just the approval/update email.

Is this an option and I am missing a step or do I need to share the workspace with ALL potential approvers?

*note I am working to narrow the approver list down, but would like to have this option if it exsists

As long as you do it as an update request in the workflow when you build it, it should work. Just make sure the person entering in the email address enters it in correctly.

It should be working the way you are describing. Are you getting an error, or are emails not getting through?

I see I can edit in the workflow automation settings, however its restricted by sys admin.
