Hi! I wanted to submit a feature request to add to Smartsheet. I organize a lot of documents that are displayed in all caps [Ex. PLEASE SUBMIT ADDITIONAL NEEDED DOCUMENTS]. Numerical Sorting
Smartsheet does not sort properly by numbers when you get above 9. Currently, it'll sort 1, 10, 11, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 rather than 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the only way to fix it right now is by adding a character in front of the ones below 10.

I need something different than the update request
I use Smartsheet to process requests and want to be able to send back a message, some information in columns and an attachment. I use update request, but don't really need an update. I also wish the message box was a little easier to work with. It's pretty small and I usually have to scroll to type in a complete message.…
