Gannt Label Customization
Currently the label will always appear on the right of the bar. It would be nice to change to the front of the bar or centered in the bar itself. Bonus if you can change the font as well.

Mass Deactivation of workflows for Closing Projects
Would be nice as projects get closed, we could turn off all automations within the projects folder in one toggle than heading into each asset to deactivate.

Change Default order for Conversations
We have found that the Conversations are listed from oldest to newest. I would like to suggest that the user be given the option to change the default from newest to oldest and that the new comment button be listed at the top of that window vs at the bottom. It causes extra clicking and scrolling unnecessarily.

Formula for Contacts
Hello, is it possible to come up with a way to use Contains function against the Contact Information? looking to be able to use partial information (email address) in one sheet to compare to a column in another sheet to get other contact information, such as the contact name? Saved View w/ Filters & Hidden Columns

Send Automatic/manual update link of a row
Currently there is only manual update request to a row. And the link will be a one time use only. It would be good if the link is permanent and can send the link so that team can update on demand

Please add a Wildcard Function
Smartsheet is missing the ability to use a wildcard (*) in it's functions. This is a valuable tool and would be incredibly helpful, please add this functionality.
