Idea: An automated workflow that allows attachments to be sent in PDF form instead of clicking on a link to download. For example, once a receipt has been attached to a row, I could create a workflow that allows for the receipt to be forwarded to my supervisor as a PDF document.

Is there any way to export any files attached to a Smartsheet, like into a Zip file?
You can export the Smartsheet itself or copy rows including notes and attachments into a new Smartsheet but is there a way to export everything including attachments, so the output would be one file for text (excel) and another one for attachments (zip file)? Our attachments are key to each row and I can only export text.

Why can't we delete attachments in Dynamic View?
The whole point of a Dynamic View is to provide a better look and feel than a grid or report. I don't understand why a simple function like deleting a file you have to go to the source sheet.

Exporting a Sheet with 8,500 rows / 72,000 Attachments
Hi all - i am looking for some help - if i export my sheet - i am looking for the row reference of the Attachments - can that happen - is there any other link that can be formed - except manually adding the info / row number to each attachment - thanks
