Third Party Forms Capabilities
Is there a way to use third part forms to populate smartsheets? Basically I need a form that allows for multiple row entries per form, but I know that is outside of smartsheet forms current capabilities. So if I find a third party form system that allows it, is there a way to link it up with smartsheets? Thank you, Joshua

Form data
I created a form. Sent the form link to my email address. Received it. Populated and submitted the form. Received the confirmation email. The data on the populated, submitted form do not appear in the SmartSheet. Can anyone explain how I activate or enable the data in the form to download to the corresponding SmartSheet?

Auto Number Columns Based on Other Column Input
Is it possible to link the auto number format to data in other columns? For instance, if the user selects a particular product type in a form (Soda, Water, Juice), can I create an auto number column format that looks like Soda-001 or Juice-001? Thanks

Can I attach a document as help text in a webform?
Hi there, I need to include a budget template in a webform I created. My initial thought was to embed a link to the template, but it does not appear to be possible to put a hyperlink in a Smartsheet webform. Can I attach a word doc/excel spreadsheet to the webform help text somehow? Best, Molly
