How to setup a quotation number request feature?

Hi - I have a form created, and want to embed the link on our corporate website. I would like to know what will cause the link address to change, ie. does changing/editing the form cause the link to change? (and then I would need to get the webmaster to update the link). Thanks, Olli M.

In trying to use Smart Sheet as a way to track applicants, and even use a form as an application, I'd like to be able to notify applicants that did NOT get the job that they didn't get the job. Is this even possible if I collect email addresses?
