One of my co-workers keeps getting the above error when trying to create a free Smartsheet user account. I didn't find this when searching the community. Any assistance or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
My office has a handful of paid licenses that we uses to manage projects in Smartsheet. We rely on the free tiered users to be able to access/update certain components of a project. There's been a rumor that the free access will soon be removed or the capabilities of free users will be greatly reduced. Can anyone confirm?

They can edit and add to a sheet but cannot make a new one themselves? Including they cannot copy to new a template? EDIT( to clarify we have a business level account)

I can not go back and see if his share permissions have changed since agreeing to start trial but is currently listed as editor. How can I know if user needs license to edit content…
