Impossible to fill a form - paid plans problem
Good morning,
I recently changed the owner of our paid plans but, since then if someone try to fill the form, receive an error message: "Sorry, you cannot access this form because it was published as part of a free or trial account"
We obviously have a currently valid paid plans "Business".
What's happened? Thank in advance for your answedrs

Hi @enricolupo
I hope you're well and safe!
Strange!
If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Have you confirmed that the sheet ownership was definitely transferred? If so, have you tried duplicating the form on the sheet and then deleting the old one (maybe there was just a latent bug in there somewhere)?

Having the same issue. Business plan. Have been using forms for ages. Form was fine and then all of a sudden some people are getting that message when trying to fill it out. Submitted a ticket but response is very
slow.

@SalientMedical did you get any answers on this? I'm encountering this issue now.
