Conditional Formatting Help
Is there a way to highlight a row when a box is not checked by a certain time. We are trying to use as sort of a time clock, and our boss wants a way to easily track who is not on time. For example, making the row highlight to red if the box is not checked by 8am. Does anyone know a way to do this?

I am trying to create a sheet where as a step is completed the steps are updated with a checkmark symbol. As a drop down comment is added in a column the formula updates the step to complete.
