Web Forms - Set Schedule/Reminder
We recently decided to utilize Smartsheet for creating regular meeting agendas and created a web form that could be sent out internally to give employees the opportunity to submit their input/items for the agenda. I wonder if there's a setting or plan for the future to have web forms be automatically sent out to users on a schedule??? Does anyone else think this would be useful?

I think that is a wonderful idea.

Denise - depending on your email client, there may be a way to set up a recurring email. That email can be sent to your employees automatically and can contain the web form link with instruction of what they need to do before the meeting. Try searching Google for steps on how to do this with your specific email client.

I agree with Denise and Stephanie, it is a great idea to have a scheduled email from Smartsheet web Forms, similar to the "Send as an attachment" function.
Any way we can request this from development?
Perfect for way to get daily sales figures from branches seemlessly into a sheet for sales reporting purposes.
