Longer character limit for columns
I need more characters available for columns to use this for holding assessment data that can't be appropriately abbreviated. I can use the column description, but that also only shows a specific amount of text and not what is fully needed.

remove license request button option
Can it be possible to have a configuration option to remove the "Request License" button? It creates confusion with our users as they are requesting licenses that are not needed. This causes extra work for our admins to sort out what license requests are valid and which ones are just noise.

Random Number Function
Add a random number function, its 2023 and this functionality is basic in spreadsheets and has been around for 30 years. It is really incredible Smartsheets doesnt have this functionality.
