Will your next release have Baseline?
I am new to Smartsheet, coming from MS Project, here at new employer and I am in need of the baseline relative to the Gantt chart. Is this feature being worked on for the next release?

moving rows in reports (without using Sort)
Is it possible to move rows around in a report without using the Sort function? I have a report that pulls from 3 sheets, and I want to change the order of the rows from each sheet (not individual rows if that helps). Sorting only changes the order numerically or alphabetically, which I don't want to do. Any ideas?

Where is the Smartsheet cloud housed?
Is the Smartsheet Cloud housed within the United States or outside of the United States? I ask because our PMO is mandated to use only tools housed within the United States.

Is it possible to duplicate columns in Web Forms?
I need to collect data that I need to duplicate 10-15 times. Is it possible to use web forms to collect the information and have it move to seperate rows as the customer fills in on one web form? Is there an efficient way to do this without creating 30-40 extra columns?

The new Find & Replace also allows searching within a Report!
Woo-hoo!!! Happy dance! Though I didn't find it mentioned in the release notes, the new CTRL+F will also allow searching of cells within a report. This makes our crew downright ecstatic!! Thank you, Smartsheet, for this seemingly simple, yet greatly beneficial, enhancement. Blessings, Loann
