SUMIFS Issue
Hi, I have a client master list on my Smartsheet and I want to get the total monthly fee of those clients that have an "Active" status Both the monthly fee and status are in my Smartsheet and when I tried using =SUMIFS(MONTHLYFEE:MONTHLYFEE,STATUS:STATUS,”Active”) I got an #UNPARSEABLE error. Automated Update Request rule is in red font
I created an update request to be automatically sent today @ 11AM Central time. The time has come and gone and the request criteria is now in red font. It appears the request was sent, but why is the criteria in red font now? My "Contact" column is a contact list column. All fields are contacts with valid email addresses.
