Unable to Copy and Paste

Hey all,

 

I am currently unable to copy and paste text from Microsoft Outlook into Smartsheet.  I can copy and paste text from within Smartsheet forms, but cannot paste text from any other sources outside Smartsheet.  I was able to use this function until it suddenly stopped working yesterday.  I utilize this function every day so i really need this to be resolved.  Any one else having this issue?

Stacey - not sure what you are copying and pasting, but I have found the Smartsheet add-in in Outlook INVALUABLE for getting things from Outlook into Smartsheet (comments, attachments, etc.).  Give it a try!!!
