Workflow getting triggered even when condition isn't met
I have a workflow with the trigger filter as shown in the attached pic. Approval requests further down in the workflow are getting sent out even when 'Type of Status Change' is 'Promotion'. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks!

Workflow with multiple OR conditions is not working as expected

Approval Request Workflow Hyperlink via Google Integration
Hello, Does anyone know how to include a hyperlink within an approval request workflow via Google Hangouts/Chat? The only solution I have come up with is including the URL into the comments section, but it is not clickable in chat, only email. Otherwise you have to copy and paste it. Thanks!
