Copy Rows Without Formatting
Please allow the option to keep or remove formatting when rows are automatically copied from one grid to another. I am copying rows from a grid that one team uses at a certain step in a process, then another team uses after the information is copied over. We have different formatting needs.

Workflow not triggered when row changes
I have a two workflows to update Status and %Complete when either is changed by the user. For example; If %Complete is not 100% and Status is changed to Complete, then update %Complete to 100%. The trigger does not activate and row values do not change. Is there a delay or some other action needed to trigger?

we are just able to trace an approval request on the column. there would be a list of approval requests like update requests. Also, would be better to manage those approval requests like cancellation, trigger from start again (we can use sequential approval requests in one automation) etc.

Number column with leading zeroes
I need a way to keep leading zeroes for numbers in a column, but also keep them in number format for sorting purposes. These are test codes so leading zeroes are necessary but Smartsheet kept converting them into text.
