For all those system admins out there. Here is a quick little helpful idea for you. Set up a welcome dashboard with helpful links and tips. Doing this has help reduce the amount of questions I get on a daily basis. Just add this in the admin center as the welcome page and force it to appear the next time everyone logs in. I have this housed in a Welcome Workspace and share to all new users as viewers.

I keep asking our Main Sys Admin to create this for us. We have 7 Sys Admins (5 are IT). Only the remaining two actually use Smartsheet, and I am one. Maybe I'll just create this and let them thank me later LOL
@Darla Brown Its super helpful and recommended for sure. If I were you I would just knock it out instead of relying on others that are as invested in he end result.
Agreed. I offered to create a License Request form with an automated approval workflow. They declined. I think they just can't wrap their heads around a concept outside of antiquated systems.
Yeah its hard to get those not bought into the idea to change. I spent four years at my last company trying to get buy in and had small wins from time to time by pushing and chipping away at any negative feedback.

This is a really helpful idea! I think we're going to look at setting it up with a broader reach (to include other links and contact info across the company), but we already have an employee workspace set up, so this would be a handy and useful addition.
